ABOUT

Elena Berriolo is a New York-based artist who has created many sculptures and installations. Since 2011 she made a commitment of working exclusively in the book format and performing while producing books.

PERFORMANCES:

March 6th 2022 to present – WE CAN MEND FOR PEACE, a weekly performance presented in front of Russian, Ukrainian, Israeli, American Consulates, The White House, Jewish Museum in New York City, The Ukrainian Institute of America in NewYork and other relevant locations.

April 23rd 2023 – An Accordion Book for our Waterfront – BWAC, Brooklyn, NY Curated by Maddy Rosenberg.

March 6th 2022 – A Book as a Bridge from Ukraine to Russia – on the MTA 6 train while traveling from 51st St. (Ukraine’s consulate stop) to 86th St. (Russian Consulate’s stop).
